Privacy & Data Protection Policy
This policy explains how Reach SMM collects, uses and protects your information.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, username, email and password (stored hashed so it cannot be reversed), or sign-in details from an external provider (such as Google) if you choose it.
- Order and wallet data: ordered services, the public links you enter, quantities, and your deposit, balance and transaction history.
- Payment data: transaction reference and the transfer receipt image if you upload one. We do not store card numbers or your bank account details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, language and preferred currency, and sign-in logs, for security, fraud prevention and improving the website.
- Your messages: support tickets and Contact page messages.
2. How we use your data
- To operate your account, fulfil your orders, manage your balance and verify payments.
- To contact you about orders, tickets and deposits, and send account notifications by email.
- To protect the website and customers from fraud and abuse, and to meet legal requirements.
- We may occasionally send offers or announcements by email; you can always turn them off in your account settings or with the unsubscribe link.
3. Sharing with others
We do not sell your personal data. We share only the minimum needed with: service fulfilment providers (only the link and quantity, not your personal data), payment providers (such as PayPal) to complete payments, and email, hosting and translation providers to run the website.
We may disclose data when legally required or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.
4. Payments and security
Online payments are processed by the payment gateways themselves over secure encryption; your card details never pass through our servers.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, protection against repeated sign-in attempts, and logs to review sensitive operations. Still, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in, form protection and remembering your chosen language and currency. We may use anonymous analytics to measure website performance. You can delete or block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
6. Retention and your rights
We keep data while your account is active or as long as needed for accounting, legal and fraud-prevention purposes.
You can view and edit your data on your profile page, and ask for your account to be deleted or for a copy of your data through a support ticket. We may keep some financial records where the law requires.
7. Children and updates
The website is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page. For questions, reach us from the Contact page.
